1. Information we collect

• Account information: email, username, password (encrypted), profile picture, bio.
• Date of birth: we ask for it when you create an account to check that you are at least 13 years old. We store it exactly as you enter it, and we never show it on your profile or in any public listing. You can request its deletion together with your account.
• Content you post: videos, comments, messages, likes, saved items.
• Usage information: which videos you watch, for how long, which tags you follow, what you interact with — we use it to show you more relevant content.
• Technical information: device type, approximate IP address, operating system.

2. How we use your information

• To run and improve the app.
• To personalise the feed and content recommendations based on your interests.
• To show you relevant advertising (through Google AdMob).
• To contact you (for example, password recovery).
• To moderate content and keep the app safe.

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers we use to run the app:

• Supabase (database hosting and authentication)
• Cloudflare (video storage)
• Google AdMob (advertising)
• Vercel (app hosting)

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security policies.

4. Your rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel and Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights), as well as to request portability of your information in a structured format. You can exercise these rights from Settings or by writing to us at [your contact email].

5. Minors

This app is designed to be suitable for everyone, but users must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

To check that requirement we ask for your date of birth when you create an account and we store it. We do not use it to show you advertising, we do not share it with third parties, and it is never published on your profile. If you are under 13, the app tells you and does not let you create an account.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, although no system is 100% secure.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will let you know about important changes inside the app.

9. Data retention

When you delete your account, your data and content stop being visible immediately and are kept securely for 30 days in case you want to recover your account. After that period they are permanently deleted from our systems and those of our providers.

10. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (Supabase, Cloudflare, Google, Vercel) process data on servers located outside Chile. By using the app, you accept that your information may be transferred and stored internationally, under those providers security standards.
