1. What WorthTheScroll is

A short-video app organised by interest tags, where users can watch, post and share content, follow other users and tags, and take part in communities.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If we detect that a user gave a false date of birth to get around the minimum age requirement, we reserve the right to suspend or delete the account and its content.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. You can contact us if you believe your account was used without your permission.

4. Content you post

You own the content you upload (videos, comments, profile pictures). By posting it, you give us permission to store it, show it inside the app and distribute it to other users as part of the normal operation of the service.

5. Content rules

You may not post: sexual or pornographic content, graphic violence, hate speech, harassment, false information that could cause harm, content that infringes third-party copyright, or any other illegal content. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

We have a moderation process that reviews content reported by users. We commit to reviewing reports and taking the appropriate action within a reasonable time.

6. Music and audio

The music available in the app is royalty-free. You may not upload content with music or audio that is protected by copyright without the relevant permission.

7. Advertising

The app may show advertising (through Google AdMob) in the main feed.

8. Account cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.

When you delete your account, your profile and content stop being visible to other users immediately. Your data and videos are kept for 30 days in case you want to recover your account by signing in again within that period. After the 30 days, they are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will let you know about important changes inside the app.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute relating to the use of the app will be resolved by the competent courts of Chile.

12. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not responsible for content posted by users, nor for indirect damage arising from the use of the app, to the extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Intellectual property

WorthTheScroll, its logo and other associated trademarks are the property of [company name / legal entity]. Using them without prior permission is not allowed.
